UMR is using Dokumentum
- Mainly a web content manager
- No native metadata interface
- Created their own, though only descriptive metadata DC qualified
- People pickers and unit pickers ~ authority file
- Good buy-in by faculty -Brook Sims (?) project manager
- Support for data envisions, but down the road
- Preservation not yet a focus
- Some direct entry of metadata others in MARC21 then crosswalk to DC-Q
- Go-live in next month or so
- May be actually helpful in getting commitments from faculty
- We might look at linkages between Dspace and our content management system
