Major Policy Issues
Pilot studies can help “determine potential difficulties or problems and plan contingencies and to test processes or procedures” (p.15 SPEC kit 202 July 2006)
One of the primary objectives of this pilot is to identify the major policy issues that will have to be addressed prior to implementation of the DIR.
